14 days to decide

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How it works

1. Write to contatodaniel75612@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We send you the instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and check it, we exchange it or refund you to the same payment method.

Missing or faulty pieces

If a piece is missing or the product arrives faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
